И еще. Пойди лучше в [livejournal.com profile] ru_pravo с юристами посоветуйся. Потому как РАБОТАЮЩИМ гражданам фирма должна (как правило) выплатить з/п, и не одну. Если я ничего не путаю. Что положено в твоем случае - я не скажу, увы.
